 Our company, Leichter’s Floor Covering has been operating as a Corporation for the last four years. Before that time the company operated as Leichter’s Flooring for twelve years. Both of these companies primarily served commercial customers.
Leichter’s Floor Covering uses experienced non-union flooring installers that can professionally install any type of flooring a project requires. We have the ability and experience to move furniture to allow for the installation of new flooring. It is not always practical to shut down aj ob site to allow for installation of new flooring. For this reason Leichter’s Floor Covering can work at nights and/or on the weekends to complete a project. Before Leichter’s Flooring was created, my dad Steven Leichter was the Owner/Operator of the Carpet Center since 1985. This floor covering retail store was in a number of different locations since it’s opening in 1949. The Carpet Center sold and installed all types of flooring for both residential and commercial customers. |

Leichter's Floor Covering is a family run environmentally conscious flooring company. Unlike most flooring dealers we do not have a retail store with a big showroom. We have learned from our past retail experience that overhead costs only raise the price that we must charge our customers. |
